For fourteen years I built and ran one system — and it's the best single answer to "what can you actually do?"
Hundreds of small organizations — offices, pharmacies, laboratories, insurers — subscribed to this platform and ran their daily operations on it. Some needed software that kept working when the internet didn't: they ran the Windows edition. Others needed access from anywhere: they ran the web edition. Both stayed reconciled through a central warehouse that tracked every record back to its source.
